Access Admin Dashboard
Log in with admin credentials to access the brokers dashboard and management tools
Invite Brokers
Use the 'Invite Broker' button to add new brokers to the platform
Monitor Activity
Track broker activity, client progress, and manage insurance periods from the overview
Broker Management
- • Invite new brokers via email
- • View all broker accounts and their activity
- • Reset broker passwords when needed

- • View all clients across all brokers
- • Set and confirm insurance periods
- • Manage client modes (assessment/monthly reporting/expired)

Inviting a New Broker
- 1.Click 'Invite Broker' button on the dashboard
- 2.Fill in broker name, email, and company (optional)
- 3.Click 'Send Invitation' - broker receives email with setup link
- 4.Broker appears in 'All Brokers' tab after setting password
Setting Client Insurance Period
- 1.Navigate to 'All Clients' tab
- 2.Find client and set start/end dates for insurance period
- 3.Click 'Save' to update the dates
- 4.Click 'Confirm' to activate monthly reporting mode (requires both dates)
Viewing Broker Dashboard
- 1.Go to 'All Brokers' tab
- 2.Click 'View Dashboard' button next to broker
- 3.Opens broker's dashboard in new tab with all their clients and data
Trial phase - unlimited scans for all providers. No insurance dates set or dates not yet started.
Active insurance period - 1 scan per provider per month. Monthly reporting requires confirmed start/end dates.
Insurance period ended - no new scans allowed. Client needs renewal.
Onboarding New Insurance Broker
Send invitation, broker sets password and MFA, starts inviting their clients immediately.
Transitioning Client from Trial to Monthly Reporting
After trial scans complete, set insurance dates, confirm them, client enters monthly reporting mode with monthly scan limits.
Troubleshooting Broker Access
If broker can't access account, reset password via dropdown menu, they receive new setup link.
- Always confirm insurance dates before client enters monthly reporting mode - this cannot be undone automatically
- Use the 'View Dashboard' feature to see exactly what brokers see for their clients
- Monitor 'Top Performing Brokers' to identify most active users and potential issues
- Insurance period end dates determine when clients lose scan access - set reminders to renew
- Deleting a broker does not delete their clients - clients remain accessible
