Access Broker Dashboard
Log in with your broker credentials to view your client portfolio
Invite Clients
Click 'Invite New Client' to send assessment invitations to your clients
Track Progress
Monitor client scan results, questionnaire completion, and HDI scores from your dashboard
Client Management
- • Invite clients via email with insurance details
- • Track client status (invited, active, completed)
- • Resend invitations to pending clients

Scan & Questionnaire Tracking
- • View all client security scans (AWS, Azure, GCP, M365)
- • Monitor questionnaire completion status

Insurance Period Management
- • Set insurance start and end dates
- • Track client mode (assessment/monthly reporting/expired)
- • View remaining scans per provider
Inviting a New Client
- 1.Click 'Invite New Client' on dashboard
- 2.Fill in client details and insurance information
- 3.Client receives email with secure login credentials
- 4.Client appears in your dashboard with 'Invite Pending' status
Reviewing Client Scan Results
- 1.Go to 'Client Scans' tab
- 2.Find completed scan and click 'View Results'
- 3.Review compliance scores, findings, and recommendations
Managing Client Insurance Period
- 1.Navigate to 'Clients' tab
- 2.Locate client and enter insurance start/end dates
- 3.Click 'Save' - dates must be confirmed by admin to activate monthly reporting mode
Trial phase - client can run unlimited scans. Use this for initial assessment before insurance activation.
Active insurance - 1 scan per provider per month. Monthly reporting mode, admin has confirmed insurance dates.
Insurance expired - no new scans. Contact client to renew insurance coverage.
Onboarding New Insurance Client
Send invitation with policy details, client completes scans and questionnaire, review results together.
Monthly Reporting Check
Review monthly scans from reporting clients, identify new risks, discuss improvements.
Handling Expired Insurance
Client enters expired mode, contact them for renewal, update dates after renewal confirmed.
- Set insurance dates during trial period so clients can transition smoothly to monthly reporting
- Use the 'Resend Invite' feature if clients don't receive initial invitation
- Review questionnaires in addition to scans for complete cyber risk picture
- Monitor 'Active Scans' to identify clients who may need assistance
- HDI scores combine technical scans (70%) and organizational assessment (30%)
